DMCA & Copyright Policy

How we handle copyright concerns on 2KCreator.com.

2KCreator is a user-generated content platform. All face creation data, reference photos, and screenshots on this site are submitted by community members, not by 2KCreator itself. We respect intellectual property rights and take copyright concerns seriously. If you believe content on 2KCreator.com infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request using the process described below, which is consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To be valid, your takedown notice must include all of the following:

  1. aYour full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you about the request.
  2. bA description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — for example, "a photograph of [person] originally published at [URL]."
  3. cThe specific URL(s) on 2KCreator.com where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  4. dA statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. eA statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that are incomplete or submitted in bad faith may not be acted upon. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing a claim.

Submit Your Request

Send your completed takedown notice by email to:

dmca@2kcreator.com

We aim to respond to valid notices within 5 business days. Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the user who submitted it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error — for example, because you have authorization to use it or because the takedown notice was submitted in bad faith — you may send a counter-notification to the same email address above. Your counter-notice should include your name and contact information, identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, 2KCreator will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We track valid takedown notices associated with user accounts and will disable access for any account that receives multiple substantiated infringement claims.
